Plenty of good products are built and then quietly abandoned: the agency moves on, the keys are in someone else’s account, and the first store policy change nobody is left to answer breaks the app.
We build things we can keep running. That shapes the decisions — boring, well-understood foundations over whatever is fashionable this year, accounts in your name from day one, and documentation written while the reasoning is still fresh rather than reconstructed afterwards.

Three things we will not trade away
Privacy as a default
We do not add trackers because they are free. Caloroot ships with none. If a product needs analytics we say what is collected and why.
Speed on real devices
Tested on cheap Android phones on slow connections, not only on the newest hardware over office wifi.
Plain answers
If something is going to take longer, cost more, or was our mistake, you hear it from us first and in plain language.
